Prices stated in this collection are final! (unless you are opting for registered postage at an additional $2.50) We understand the frustration of not being able to get beautiful clothings at reasonable prices, so fret not, because Lè Exclusive makes sure that our merchandise is affordable! Terms & Conditions and Order Procedure

1. We only accept POSB/DBS & UOB internet and ATM transfers. (Strictly no inter-bank)

2. Distribution of items will be done by normal/registered post. Meeting up is strongly discouraged, but can be done at Tampines/Raffles Place if you opt for it, at an additional $2. Time and date will be at my convenience.

3. Normal postage fee is $1/$1.50 per apparel.

4. Prices stated are non-inclusive of postage and handling charges unless otherwise stated.

5. Actual colour of apparels are not 100% accurate. (for example, the item you receive may be seen as light yellow as compared to bright yellow in the model's pictures. this is due to different lighting)

6. We will not be responsible for items that are lost in transit. (to ensure that this possibility is being ruled out, you are encouraged to opt for registered mail at an additional $2.50 instead)

7. Goods purchased are non-refundable, unless in cases of defected goods. If so, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving your item, and return the item back to us within 7 days.(postage fee will not be bore by us) We will then transfer the full refund back to you.

8. Order placing: To express your interest in an item, please send us an email(with clear subject stating your interest in ordering) that includes your name, product name, product code, colour, quantity, mode of delivery and payment method. An example is provided below. Do not make payment till we confirm that there is stock, and reserve your item of interest for you.

9. Payment: Once we have confirmed that your order can be processed, we will send you an email with bank details and total cost to make the payment.
